Every reply your agent sends to a visitor uses one message credit. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, and you can see how many you've used from your dashboard at any time.
How do I add the agent to my website?
Copy a single embed script from your dashboard and paste it before the closing </body> tag. You can restrict where it's allowed to load from a domain allowlist, so it only ever runs on sites you own.
What can I connect as a knowledge source?

What is agentic retrieval?
